Mobilization deferral will not be granted: the lawyer pointed out an important nuance for Ukrainians.

Lawyer Daria Tarasenko talked about how to properly prepare documents for a mobilization deferral. She emphasized that the deferral must be arranged in advance and only in the status of a conscript.
According to Tarasenko, automatic extension of the deferral does not work. This is possible only for categories of citizens who previously arranged the deferral online through 'Reserve+'.
Thus, online deferment through 'Reserve+' can be arranged by men with disabilities who receive a pension, men who support three or more children under the age of 18, and students with accurate information about their studies in the Register. Automatic deferral extension has been introduced for them.
The lawyer claims that automatic extension of the deferral should work, but the TCSP may check the registers and make inquiries. If it turns out that the grounds for the deferral have disappeared, the TCSP can revoke the deferral.
Tarasenko also noted that submitting documents by mail creates problems for citizens abroad. Now, by the Cabinet of Ministers' decree, presenting the original military accounting document has become mandatory, making it impossible to submit documents by mail.
In general, Tarasenko recommends always having a complete package of documents confirming the right to a deferral and explaining this to the TCSP if necessary.
