Zelensky spoke about Budanov's reports on the situation in Syria and Georgia.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that he prepared sanctions against the Georgian authorities due to their pro-Russian position and the dispersal of protests. He announced this in his evening address on December 4.
The President noted that the situation in Syria and Georgia was discussed at the meeting. He paid particular attention to the shift of forces in Syria and its impact on the global situation.
'It is simply shameful what actions they are taking against their own people now. And when Moscow praises this government in Georgia, it clearly outlines whom they are working for in Tbilisi and for whom they are dispersing protests. Certainly not for Georgia,' emphasized Zelensky.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Syrskyi, reported on the situation at the front and measures to strengthen individual directions. The Kursk operation was discussed separately.
In internal matters, 5 million Ukrainians have applied for the winter payment of 'eSupport'. Ukrposhta has also joined the program, so over 2 million pensioners and social payment recipients will also receive 1000 hryvnias.
Zelensky also announced approval by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development of investments amounting to 1.3 billion euros for the development of infrastructure, logistics, and energy.
