Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported on the results of the meeting with European leaders in Paris, where issues of strengthening Ukraine's security, pressuring Russia for peace, and coordinating joint security steps were discussed.

'Europe certainly knows how to defend itself, and we are working together to guarantee our state and all European nations more security,' the Ukrainian president noted in his statement.

As a result of the meeting, Ukraine will receive new defense packages, including France preparing assistance worth 2 billion euros. The participants also agreed that sanctions against Russia will remain in force as long as aggression continues.

Military representatives of states 'that want and can take concrete strong steps to ensure peace' have been tasked with holding meetings and working out the relevant details for further cooperation.

In addition, new decisions have been made regarding partner investments in Ukraine's defense production. The president noted that the so-called 'Danish model' continues to work effectively, which will allow for an increase in the production of drones and other weapons in cooperation with partners this year.

'Thank you to every leader, every state that helps Ukraine. Thank you to France and Britain for making our coalition format of willing and able partners effective for security,' Zelensky summarized.
