Deputy Head of the President's Office Iryna Vereshchuk reported that not all TCCs have access to the State Register of Civil Status Acts of citizens. She made this statement after a field meeting based at the Darnytsia District TCC in Kyiv.
During the meeting, the following issues were discussed: queues at TCCs, electronic referrals for medical examination commissions, deferments, and payments to the military and their families through TCCs.
'In the context of payments and deferments, it was found that despite the existence of a relevant Cabinet of Ministers resolution, not all TCCs have access to the State Register of Civil Status Acts of citizens. This needs to be corrected quickly. I believe that all TCCs should have access to the state register. Moreover, such access should be granted to all military units so that they can process and obtain the necessary information for the formation of documentation packages for payments faster and easier,' emphasized Iryna Vereshchuk.
It was agreed to urgently make the necessary regulatory changes.
