Ukrainians abroad will be able to pay fines from the TCC in a new way: what is known.

Ukrainians who are abroad will be able to pay fines from the TCC remotely. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernohorenko. Bill No. 12093 provides that every citizen will be able to pay the fine through the Reserve+ system in two clicks. Currently, the bill has been recommended for approval by the Parliamentary Committee on Law Enforcement Activities. If the bill is supported in the first two readings, it will become available for citizens to use through Reserve+.
According to the statements of members of parliament, the bill allows draft evaders to receive a 50% discount for voluntarily acknowledging the violation and paying the fine. The draft law also facilitates the obtaining of documents for young people aged 18 to 25 and helps Ukrainians abroad avoid negative consequences such as blocking bank accounts and property seizure.
Thus, bill No. 12093 will allow Ukrainians abroad to conveniently pay fines from the TCC through the Reserve+ system. In addition, the law provides the possibility of a 50% discount for evaders who acknowledge their violation and voluntarily pay the fine, which will simplify the process of obtaining documents for the young population and help avoid serious consequences for Ukrainians living abroad.
