The Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, proposes to create a joint patrol mission in the Baltic Sea to protect critical infrastructure in the region.
Tusk made this proposal during a press conference after the summit of Scandinavian, Baltic, and Polish countries in Stockholm.
'Today, I proposed to create a patrol mission in the Baltic Sea,' Tusk said.
The official emphasized that this is necessary to protect critical infrastructure and strategic resources in the Baltic Sea.
Partners from the Baltic and Scandinavian countries expressed interest in this proposal and will continue to work on the details of the project.
