Under Pressure from Trump: The Telegraph Evaluates When a Ceasefire May Occur.

The situation at the front in Ukraine indicates the possibility of a ceasefire by Easter
Retired British Colonel and military analyst Tim Collins reported that the activity of military operations and the start of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's operation in the Belgorod region may be signs of the approaching end of the war. He expressed the opinion that a ceasefire between the parties may come as early as next month.
Collins noted that in the final round of the war in Ukraine, there are many statements and counter-statements about progress on the battlefield, as well as outrageous Russian demands. This may indicate a ceasefire soon, possibly around Easter.
The military also observed that both sides are trying to gain as much territory as possible to gain advantages in negotiations.
Collins mentioned the start of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's operation in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. Although this operation is smaller compared to what happened in the Kursk region, it is still 'progressing'. His opinion is that this may be an attempt to distract Russian troops and scout weak points on the front.
In addition, Collins noted that US President Donald Trump is limiting Ukraine's advantageous negotiating positions. Zelensky also discussed expanding the production of drones and missiles in Ukraine.
