Dynamo's head coach hopes for a quick return of teams from Russia to the international arena.


The former head coach of Kyiv's 'Dynamo', Russian Yuriy Semin, believes that the Russian national team and clubs will soon return to the international arena. He noted that all the necessary work is already underway, and Russian football officials are monitoring the situation. Despite the fact that this may take a little more Time, he is confident that the return will happen.
As a result of the Russian aggression against Ukraine, FIFA and UEFA suspended the participation of Russian national teams and clubs in their tournaments. The Russian national team missed several important competitions and is also not participating in the qualification for the 2026 World Cup.
Yuriy Semin, the former coach of 'Dynamo', currently resides in Russia. He has managed the Kyiv club at different periods, including 2008-2009 and 2010-2012, and succeeded in winning the championship and the Ukrainian Super Cup with the team.
