In Oleshky, Kherson region, the Ukrainian anthem sounded thanks to an unusual operation carried out by the defense forces. Soldiers of the 124th separate brigade of the territorial defense of the UAF used portable speakers, which were delivered by drones, to play the anthem right in the heart of the temporarily captured city. They emphasized that this is a symbol of resilience and a reminder to the enemy that Ukraine is unyieldingly near. The video of this operation was posted by the 124th separate brigade of the territorial defense of the UAF.

DeepState analysts reported that Russian invaders have occupied the village of Novooleksiivka in the Donetsk region. The National Resistance Center announced the Russians' intention to create centers for the popularization of the Russian language in all temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, as proposed by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
It was also previously reported that local medical institutions in the occupied Ukrainian regions refuse to serve civilians. This is a consequence of significant losses suffered by the Russian army. Russian occupiers have started a pilot project to train "mentor" teachers in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region, for which local collaborator teachers are sent to Moscow for several weeks.
It also became known that residents of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine may be left without heating if they do not have a Russian passport.
