Zelensky said how to "defeat" Russia "forever".

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement that Russia must permanently lose control over Ukraine and stop wanting to control it. He made this statement during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada on October 16.
According to Zelensky, this is a guarantee of life for Ukraine, as well as a guarantee of peace for Europe.
"And for us to achieve this, I ask you to work for unity in Ukraine and Ukraine with partners. To convince partners. To be those who work tirelessly," the president urged.
Zelensky also thanked those who fight for Ukraine and work for its benefit. He emphasized that society is maintained through respect for each other, despite polarization during the war. The president called for maintaining unity, as losing unity in Ukraine could lead to losing unity in Europe, which in turn could deprive us of support in a peaceful resolution of the conflict.
Plan for victory in the war
At the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, Zelensky presented his plan for Ukraine's victory in the war with Russia. The plan includes 5 points and three secret programs.
"The victory plan will allow us to unite around a common goal. Let our work on this plan accelerate the achievement of peace for Ukraine... Russia must submit. This is not a freeze of the conflict and not a trade of sovereignty. We must implement the victory plan and make Russia join the peaceful solution," the president emphasized.
Zelensky also commented on the situation at the front and talked about preparations for winter.
