The Telegraph learned at which vulnerable point Putin fears Ukrainian attacks.

According to The Telegraph, Russian President Vladimir Putin is trying to avoid strikes from Ukraine at the most vulnerable point.
Recently, Russian troops have come closer to the Ukrainian front. Since the beginning of this year, there have been 19 drone attacks, which constitute a significant share of all attacks recorded in 2024 (there were 25 attacks this year).
These attacks have several goals: to reduce the impact of the Russian army by targeting oil depots and to support Putin and the Russian people in their desire to continue the 'war at home'.
'These attacks demonstrate Ukraine's geographical reach into Russian territory and psychologically bring the war home'
After talking with US President Donald Trump, Putin agreed to a partial ceasefire with Ukraine, specifically regarding strikes on energy infrastructure, but continued the offensive on the front.
Such attacks affect not only oil production at Russian plants but also attract the attention of Russians who cannot ignore the large fires occurring in their area.
According to the publication, a 30-day moratorium on strikes against energy infrastructure will ease the situation for Kyiv, but will not change the status on the front. Thus, Ukraine will be forced to fight with all the difficulties without the ability to strike at Russia's most painful point.
It should be noted that after negotiations with Putin, Trump commented on the hour-long conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
