In the Reserve+ application, it is now possible to obtain deferral for people with disabilities who have data in the Unified Information System of Social Sphere (UISS). Previously, such deferrals could only be obtained by individuals with disabilities registered with the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) and who have a pension certificate.“Deferrals for people with disabilities through Reserve+ have been one of the most common requests from users. We are working to make all types of deferrals available in the application so that they can be obtained without queues and paperwork,” stated Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization. To obtain a deferral, you need to open the Reserve+ application and select 'Submit a deferral request'. Then you need to choose the appropriate category. The results of the request will be sent to the user via message. If no data is found in the registry, it is necessary to contact the Department of Social Protection of the Population and provide the original primary document confirming disability and a personal document. It is worth reminding that deferrals in the Reserve+ application were launched last year for three categories - individuals with disabilities with the PFU pension certificate, students, graduate students, and doctoral candidates, as well as large families with three children under 18 in a joint marriage. These changes were implemented by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of Germany, the Office of Effective Regulation BRDO, and with the support of the European Union within the framework of the DT4UA project, which is carried out by the Academy of Public Administration (Estonia).
