Ukrposhta announced a partnership with the marketplace Temu: what will change for consumers.

'Ukrposhta' announced a partnership with the Chinese marketplace TEMU.
Ukrposhta's General Director Ihor Smilianskyi reported this on his Telegram channel.
It is planned that the company will deliver most of the parcels within 1-2 days from the moment they cross the border of Ukraine.
'After the pilot project, during which 'Ukrposhta' delivered over 1.5 million parcels from the TEMU marketplace (and not just delivered, but also cleared customs and delivered over 80% of shipments within 3 days or less during peak periods), 'Ukrposhta' and TEMU announce the start of their partnership,' Smilianskyi said.
Ukrposhta also plans to open a new automated international parcel processing center in the first quarter of 2025 and aims to deliver over 90% of parcels within 1-2 days from the moment they cross the border of Ukraine.
'I am confident that this will please many of our customers. Moreover, very soon all shipments will be able to be tracked in the new mobile application,' he said.
In January-March, a second automated international parcel processing center will open.
It was noted that 'Ukrposhta' is the market leader in export parcels, holding over 50% market share. In addition, they also deliver parcels to London within 5-7 days and to the USA within 8-14 days at the best rates.
Additionally, Smilianskyi emphasized that 'Ukrposhta' leads in delivering parcels from China (handling over 60% of shipments).
'Our Chinese clients are quite demanding, and the computer chooses the logistics company based on quality and speed of delivery. And the mentioned figures indicate that we offer quality and fast delivery. And what will happen after the opening of the second automated center! So everything is just beginning. We welcome all current and new customers to our branches,' added Smilianskyi.
It was previously reported that Ukrposhta would install the first parcel terminals.
