The 'Reserve+' has introduced deferrals for another category of Ukrainians.

In the 'Reserve+' application, it is now possible to obtain a deferral for people with disabilities whose data is in the Unified Information System of Social Sphere (UISS). Previously, only those who had the appropriate pension certificate and were in the Pension Fund registry could apply for a deferral online. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referencing the Ministry of Defense.
'Deferrals for people with disabilities through 'Reserve+' were one of the most frequent requests from users. We are working to ensure that all types of deferrals are available in the application and can be obtained without queues and paperwork,' said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization of Ukraine.
How to apply for a deferral:
- You need to click on the three dots on the main screen of the 'Reserve+' application,
- Select the 'Submit a deferral request' option, and then the appropriate category.
Later, the user will receive a notification with the result. If no data is found in the registry, it is advisable to contact the Social Protection Department at their place of residence and provide the original document confirming disability and a document identifying their identity.
We remind you that the deferrals in the 'Reserve+' application were launched last autumn for three categories - people with disabilities with a pension certificate from the Pension Fund of Ukraine; students, postgraduates, and doctoral students; as well as parents of multiple children who have three children under 18 years old in a common marriage.
Earlier, the 'Reserve+' application introduced automatic extensions of deferrals. Initially, the function will work for those deferrals that were issued through 'Reserve+'. This refers to people with disabilities who have the appropriate certificate from the Pension Fund, as well as students, postgraduates, and doctoral students. Later, the automatic extension function will also be available for parents of multiple children.
