The Guardian: Ukraine and Britain 'fell out' over Storm Shadow.

The Ukrainian authorities express concern over the position of the new British Prime Minister Keir Starmer regarding the supply of long-range Storm Shadow missiles. According to The Guardian, relations between Ukraine and the United Kingdom worsened after a meeting between President Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister Starmer in October. The Ukrainian side presented a 'victory plan' but did not receive a statement protocol or support from Starmer. According to an anonymous Ukrainian official, relations between the countries have worsened, and Starmer is refusing to supply long-range weapons. Further discussion of the issue at the European Political Community summit also yielded no results. The issue of missile supplies is causing the postponement of Starmer's visit to Ukraine. The United Kingdom remains the third-largest donor of military aid to Ukraine and is considering sending military instructors to western Ukraine to train recruits.
