Intelligence 'greeted' Russians on Constitution Day with a banner on the State Duma website.

Ukrainian cyber specialists took control of the servers of official Russian portals
On December 12, the Main Intelligence Directorate reported a successful operation during which Ukrainian cyber specialists gained full control over the web servers of official government portals of Russia. The attack occurred on Constitution Day, which the occupiers celebrate on December 12.
As a result of this attack, the websites of the State Duma, the Constitutional Court, and the Nizhny Novgorod regional court of the Russian Federation were paralyzed. A banner reading 'The country of Russia does not exist' appeared on the State Duma website, while the website of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation was blocked and displayed an error to users.
Russian propagandists also confirmed the successful operation of Ukrainian cyber specialists, reporting on the attack by a group of hackers and compromising important databases.
Currently, the State Duma website is operational, but the pages of the Constitutional Court and Nizhny Novgorod court do not load.
Ukrainian cyber specialists also attacked Russian enterprises in occupied territories
In addition to attacking Russian official portals, Ukrainian cyber specialists took control of the websites of Russian enterprises operating in territories occupied by Russia. They placed images of a broken chain on these websites, reminding about the freedom for which Ukrainians went to Maidan. The attack targeted 19 Russian firms operating in Crimea, Kherson, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.
Ukrainian cyber specialists had also previously attacked 13 Russian companies that contributed to aggression against Ukraine, as well as 14 websites of Russian companies in honor of the second anniversary of the liberation of Kherson.
Cyber specialists also carried out an attack on Russian banks that illegally operate in the territory of Crimea.
