Putin's missile blackmail: Ukraine calls on the OSCE for joint action.

The Russian leader is blackmailing the global community regarding the new missile 'Oreshnik' and demanding the capitulation of Ukraine and other countries. This statement was made by the acting permanent representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna, Viktoriya Kuvshynnikova, during a meeting of the Permanent Council of the OSCE.
'If Ukraine stops resisting and does not continue to defend itself, Russia threatens to destroy my country,' she emphasized.
Kuvshynnikova refers to Putin's statement in which he spoke about the new missile and justified its strike on Dnipro.
'It doesn’t matter what kind of weapon is used, the main thing is to cause harm to many people. Moscow is doing this by dropping bombs on our cities. Russia intends to use weapons of mass destruction against the Ukrainian people, so its threats must be met with a strong response,' said the Ukrainian diplomat.
Kuvshynnikova called on the global community to respond to the blackmail of the Kremlin leader and demanded the establishment of a Special Tribunal regarding Russia's crime of aggression.
It is noted that Russia is becoming a threat to peace due to increased military spending and the involvement of soldiers from North Korea.
'Russia's proposals for 'peace' are a demand for all countries to capitulate. This has nothing to do with the desire to restore peace. Therefore, any contacts with the aggressor state that may help Moscow spread propaganda and evade responsibility should not be supported,' Kuvshynnikova concluded.
