«Cleaning out the ranks from scoundrels»: Commander of the Land Forces announced personnel changes in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Commander of the Land Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Pavliuk stated that "zero tolerance to corruption" is the only proposal to combat abuses in the staffing system. The commander wrote about this in his Telegram.
"In recent months, the Land Forces Command has established close interaction with law enforcement agencies regarding the detection of facts of providing/receiving undue benefits in the mobilization system. We are increasing efforts to punish all guilty parties and cleanse our ranks of criminals. Resonant arrests of lawbreakers are occurring by the direct initiative and comprehensive support of the Land Forces Command at all stages," reads Pavliuk's statement.
Let us recall that earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky said that the NSDC determined a list of decisions that would restore justice. The President approved them by decree.
In particular, this involves the digitalization of processes through all stages of medical-social expert commissions, a real check of the declarations of MSEC members, checking and reviewing unreasonable disability decisions of officials and auditing relevant pension accruals, legislative changes for urgent reform of the medical-social expertise system in Ukraine, and also reviewing the system and mechanism of pension payments for officials of state bodies.
Personal Responsibility and Personnel Decisions
At the same Time, he emphasized that the responsibility for the situation should now be personal. Therefore, he instructed the head of the government to solve the problem at the level of central executive authorities, particularly the relevant ministries. Zelensky stated that personnel decisions are needed.
Indeed, on the eve of the tough MSEC reform, "Glavcom" studied the wealth of the heads of regional centers of medical-social expertise that they officially declared. This is mentioned in the publication "Glavcom" "Kings and Queens of MSEC. Can we trust the declarations of officials after this?"
Liquidation of MSEC and Digitization
Let us remind you that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced in the evening that the medical-social expert commissions system should be abolished. But for real and systemic changes, there needs to be full digitalization of all stages of the disability determination process.
It became known earlier that based on the security service materials, 64 officials of medical-social expert commissions (MSEC) were suspected of committing crimes, and more than 4,000 disability conclusions were canceled.
