The Ministry of Internal Affairs has approved the mechanism for revoking the driving rights of conscription evaders.

New rules for restricting the rights of drivers evading military registration have been approved
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine have approved new rules for temporarily restricting the rights of drivers who evade military registration. This information is reported by 'Legal Telegram'.
From now on, after a court decision, the territorial recruitment centers (TRC) and the National Police will immediately impose a temporary restriction on the right to operate vehicles for individuals evading conscription.
Key changes stipulate that the temporary restriction will only be lifted upon compliance with the requirements of the TRC, withdrawal of the claim, or cancellation of the court decision.
Severe administrative penalties are imposed for violators. Driving a vehicle after the restriction is established will be punished by revocation of the right to drive for 3-6 months.
Repeat violations threaten with a fine of 40,800 hryvnias, loss of rights for 5-7 years, and possible confiscation of the vehicle.
Earlier, it was reported how to challenge the TRC's decision on the revocation of driving rights.
