Who needs a war: Ukrainians are shown how apartment prices are rising in different regions.


The price of a one-room apartment in Ukraine has increased in most regions, leading to an increase in sales offers.
According to a study by DIM.RIA and the Association of Real Estate Specialists of Ukraine, the highest price growth occurred in the Transcarpathian and Rivne regions (+19%).
Uzhgorod is leading other cities in Ukraine in the number of residential construction projects that have appeared in the real estate market over the past years of war.
The prices for secondary housing in Chernivtsi, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, and Poltava regions have remained at the level of the end of summer.
In regions bordering the aggressor country, a price decrease is observed.
September to November was marked by increased interest in secondary housing, particularly in Volyn and Chernivtsi regions (+40% and +39% respectively).
The sale of secondary housing in Kyiv is observed at a lower level compared to western regions. However, interest in the Kyiv region has increased by 3%.
The most expensive districts in Kyiv remain Pechersk and Shevchenkivskyi, with an average price of $132,000 and $98,000 respectively.
The average cost of a one-room apartment in Kyiv is $69,000, while in the Kyiv region it is $64,000.
The demand for real estate in Kyiv exceeds supply by more than twice.
