Russian forces yesterday launched an offensive with 61 air strikes on Ukraine, dropping 101 KABs. In addition, 630 kamikaze drones were deployed, and more than 3000 shellings were carried out on Ukrainian troops' positions and residential areas.

News of the War in Ukraine

In total, 97 combat clashes occurred over the past day. Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy's attempts to advance into our territory and inflict fire damage on them. This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Latest News from the Front

The hottest situation was recorded in the Kurakhiv direction, as well as enemy activity in the Pokrovsk, Kupyansk, and Lyman directions.

In the Kharkiv Direction

There were four enemy attacks. The Defense Forces repelled the Russian advance near Starytsia, Volchansk, and Tykhe. Approximate enemy losses in the direction amounted to 63 servicemen who were killed or wounded, and an artillery system, 28 UAVs, and six vehicles were destroyed. Our defenders also inflicted damage on 14 artillery systems and five vehicles.

In the Kupyansk Direction

The enemy conducted offensive actions near Synkivka, Novoselivka, Pishchane, Stelmakhivka, and Lozova. Fourteen battles were completed, and two enemy attacks are still ongoing.

In the Lyman Direction

Russian occupiers attacked our forces' positions near Nevske, Hrekivka, Makiivka, Novosadove, and Torske. Ten combat clashes were completed, and three are still ongoing.

In the Siversk Direction

Ukrainian defenders repelled three enemy offensive actions in the areas of Verkhniokamianske and Vyiymka. The combat situation is currently under control.

In the Kramatorsk Direction

There were six combat clashes near Kalynivka, Stupochky, and Andriivka. One enemy attack is currently ongoing.

In the Toretsk Direction

There were 11 combat clashes. Russians attacked our units' positions near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka. Six clashes have ended, and five are still ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk Direction

Since the beginning of this day, the enemy attacked 14 times in the areas of Mykolaivka, Selydove, and Lysivka. The Defense Forces repelled 13 offensive actions, with one battle still ongoing.

In the Kurakhiv Direction

The enemy conducted 25 offensive actions near Tsukurine, Ostryi, Heorhiivka, Antonivka, Kostyantynivka, and towards Bohoyavlenka. Ukrainian defenders stopped 14 attacks, and 10 are still ongoing.

In the Orikhiv Direction

The occupiers unsuccessfully attempted to advance on Ukrainian defenders' positions near Robotyne, Mali Shcherbaky, and Kamianske four times.

In other directions, the situation remains without significant changes.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct operations in the Kursk direction.
