Prosecutors in the Khmelnytsky region are ignoring letters from the Office of the Attorney General regarding the review and confirmation or cancellation of disability after the scandal. This was reported by people's deputy Volodymyr Ariev.

According to the document, Khmelnytsky prosecutors received letters for review three times.

Ariev believes that Khmelnytsky prosecutors are not paying attention to the letters because they fear sabotaging orders from their superiors.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health checked only 17 out of 73 prosecutors in the Khmelnytsky region in two months.

Ariev stated that the prosecutors' attitude towards the inspection raises doubts about whether they will manage to meet the February 1 deadline. According to him, prosecutors who improperly obtained disabilities should be held accountable.

The people's deputy also reminded that the General Prosecutor's Office did not dismiss prosecutors who failed to confirm the unlawful acquisition of disabilities.

According to media reports, more than 50 prosecutors in Khmelnytsky have formalized their disabilities possibly due to a corruption scheme involving Tetiana Krupa in the MSEC. The Attorney General of Ukraine signed an order to investigate this fact.

In addition, a disabled prosecutor whose case is under consideration by the MSEC of Krupa is under investigation.
