Haaland only in 10th place. Norway has determined the country's most popular athletes.


According to a poll conducted by TV2, the most popular athlete in Norway in March was Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, a 15-Time world champion in cross-country skiing. The survey involved more than a thousand people aged 15 and older, conducted from March 11 to 18 this year. Footballer Erling Haaland ranked 10th, while Martin Ødegaard came in 4th.

Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina has guaranteed herself a prize sum of over $25 million in her career, having reached the fourth round of the Miami Open. Recently, she has already earned $24,979,619 in prize money, and reaching the fourth round of the Miami Open awards players $103,225. Thus, the total prize money earned by Svitolina throughout her career amounts to $25,082,844. Elina will be the first Ukrainian tennis player to reach the $25 million milestone. This season she has already earned over $770,000. She is also a bronze medalist from the Tokyo Olympic Games, becoming the first Ukrainian representative to achieve an Olympic medal.
