The head of the recruitment center stated that it is much easier to fight than to work as a military officer: he is regularly caught drunk driving.

Head of the Polohy Recruitment Center: Working in the Recruitment Center is harder than military service
Lieutenant Colonel Viktor Yurchuk, head of the Polohy territorial recruitment center in the Zaporizhzhia region, stated that working in the recruitment center turns out to be more complicated than serving on the front line. He expressed this opinion in an interview with TV5.
Recruitment center staff face great pressure due to the necessity of supporting personnel at the front. They must organize work, execute plans, and additionally supply military personnel. Currently, one of the servicemen with a stroke is in the hospital, indicating the difficulties of working in the recruitment center.
'You have a department, you have people - organize the work. A plan was given - execute it. Believe me, it is much easier to fight than to work in the recruitment center. This is very hard work because we have to fill the Armed Forces: those who went on rotation, those who are injured - we have to replenish... Currently, one of the servicemen is lying with a stroke. It's all nerves. This is hard work. But who will do it - we will perform,' said Viktor Yurchuk.
It is clarified that the approaches to mobilization work are outdated and need reform. Yurchuk himself does not go to announcements, but his subordinates do this for him, checking documents along with the police.
The head of the Polohy Recruitment Center points out that Russian intelligence services are engaged in destabilization activities, recruiting Ukrainian teenagers for attacks on recruitment centers.
'The Russians are doing everything to implement this: they hire our teenagers through their special services to carry bombs and provoke incidents against the recruitment center,' adds Viktor Yurchuk.
He also shares his personal experience of service, noting that he fought in various units and participated in battles near Bakhmut. Yurchuk has a negative attitude towards draft dodgers, as he himself participated in the war.
It is worth noting that Viktor Yurchuk, who claims it is easier to fight than to work in the recruitment center, has been detained seven times for driving a vehicle while intoxicated.
However, Yurchuk notes that 90% of recruitment center employees honestly fulfill their duties. He also points out that his son, who is with his girlfriend in Spain, is not interested in either military service or work in the recruitment center. Additionally, it is noted that his son's girlfriend uses Russian-language songs on her social networks.
It should be noted that in the Lviv region, drivers are protesting against mobilization.
