Zelensky wants to present a new 'Resilience Plan': The Times revealed key points.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky plans to present a 'Resilience Plan' with 10 points aimed at improving the morale of the Ukrainian people. This was reported by The Times.
The Times claims that sentiments in Ukraine are deteriorating following the election of the new US president, and Zelensky is attempting to reduce despair in Kyiv.
'The Ukrainian president wants to alleviate despair in the capital caused by Trump's re-election, as well as reassure citizens that he is capable of keeping his country secure in light of the prospect of US aid being cut off,' notes The Times.
According to the article's authors, there is a general feeling of anxiety in Kyiv that Western support may wane without strong American involvement, and thus 'the president of Ukraine promises a new plan.'
The 'Resilience Plan' will outline how Ukraine will prioritize investments in industry and how the energy sector will function during the winter months.
'This is not a victory plan presented to external partners, but a plan presented to our society - it is about mobilizing our economy and societal sentiments,' said Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
The plan will also specify how Ukraine will inform about mobilizing the army and increasing weapons production, aiming to reduce dependence on Western countries in the long term.
According to journalists, each point of the plan will be detailed, but the overall structure will resemble the previous victory plan presented earlier.
Additionally, the Ukrainian authorities are trying to convince the newly elected US president to support Ukraine by appealing to his business instincts and explaining the benefits of investing in the defense of Ukraine.
It is worth noting that Trudeau expressed his views on contacts with Putin and shared hopes for the end of the war in Ukraine.
