Ukrainians named the reasons for which they may not come to the TCC after receiving a summons.

Ukrainians were explained the reasons for which they may not appear at the TCC after receiving a summons.
There are certain legal reasons for which a person may not appear at the territorial recruitment center after receiving a summons. However, it is necessary to provide official documents from the relevant government bodies, institutions, or organizations that confirm the validity of the reason for absence.
According to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization', the valid reasons for a citizen's failure to arrive within the Time specified in the summons are:
- natural obstacles;
- the citizen's illness;
- military actions in the relevant territory and their consequences;
- other circumstances that deprived him of the opportunity to personally appear at the specified time and place;
- the death of a close relative (parents, wife, husband, child, sibling, grandfather, grandmother) or a close relative of the wife or husband.
At the same time, the conscript, in case of not arriving at the TCC, is obliged to notify about the reasons for absence no later than three days from the specified date and time of arrival in the summons.
It is worth noting that this can be done by contacting the TCC specified in the summons or by any other means with subsequent arrival within a period not exceeding seven calendar days.
In case of violation of the military registration rules, such citizens can expect a decision to impose an administrative penalty in the form of a fine from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias. If the fine is not paid, the violators may face enforcement proceedings and the recovery of funds from their accounts.
We remind you that the Ministry of Education has contacted students and teachers regarding deferments from mobilization.
