Ukraine will receive strike drones with artificial intelligence
A European company Helsing announced the delivery of 6,000 drones with artificial intelligence to Ukraine. This information was published on the company's website.
This is the second batch of drones produced on order from Ukraine after the supply of 4,000 units earlier.
The characteristics of Helsing drones include the ability to fly up to 100 kilometers and a high level of protection against electronic interference. Thanks to automated control systems, one operator can control several drones simultaneously.
These drones are intended for mass production, which allows to reduce their cost compared to conventional weapons. This increases the effectiveness of combat operations and expands the capabilities of the Ukrainian army on the battlefield.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has also allowed the use of ground robotic complexes (GRC) Spextr in the defense forces units of Ukraine. This information came from the Chief Directorate for the Support of the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment.
Spextr is a universal drone platform that can perform various tasks in combat conditions.
“Soldiers of the 25th Separate Airborne Sicheslav Brigade captured Russian soldiers using a drone,” it is noted on the brigade's Facebook page.
The special operation to destroy enemy positions and demoralize enemy infantry lasted several days. As a result, 9 Russian soldiers were captured by the Ukrainian army.
To achieve this, a drone with a loudspeaker was used, which flew over the occupiers for about 3 days. The military who operated the drone claims that the text was varied and constantly repeated.
