On the night of June 8, at least five explosions occurred in Novomoskovsk, Tula region. Russian sources report drone strikes on the 'Azot' plant - a chemical industry enterprise. Local residents heard explosions and reported anti-air defense activity. Propagandists are spreading information about the drone attack in Novomoskovsk in Tula region. Residents of the Kamenetsky and Donskoy district also noted 'bright flashes'. As a result, a 'Carpet' plan has been announced in Kaluga.
Later, 'bright flashes' were also spotted by Russians from the Kamenetsky settlement and residents of the Donskoy district.The 'Azot' plant has also previously been a target of drone attacks, the last of which occurred on May 24, when acid was released into the environment due to the strikes.
Strikes on military infrastructure
The Ukrainian defense forces struck a number of military infrastructure objects on Russian territory, hitting the 'Engels' and 'Dyagilevo' airfields.
