The former head of the Brovary TCC was found to own elite real estate and a fleet of vehicles.

Journalists from 'Slidstva.Info' uncovered information that the former head of the Brovary district TCC and SP, Yuriy Burlyai, owns real estate and vehicles worth over $1 million, which he acquired during his tenure.
For two years, Burlyai led the TCC, after which he took the position of head of the military leadership department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In March 2024, the ex-head of the TCC began renting a cottage near Kyiv. Next to the house where he lives are his wife's car and a new motorcycle.
It also turned out that Burlyai's mother-in-law became the owner of two apartments, his wife and children bought an apartment in Vyshgorod, and Burlyai himself has a 2021 Volkswagen Touareg and a Honda NC750XD motorcycle, with a total value of the fleet amounting to 2.8 million hryvnias.
Burlyai's official income, as per his declaration, hardly covers all expenses over the last few years, raising certain questions.
Reports on the property and income of the former head reveal some contradictions, especially considering past allegations against Yuriy Burlyai of involvement in a criminal group during the tragedy in Knyazhich. The real estate, vehicle fleet, and luxurious lifestyle of the ex-head provoke discussion and heightened emotions in society.
The Ukrainian investigative journalism portal 'Slidstva.Info' published information about the real estate and transportation of the former head of the Brovary district TCC and SP, Yuriy Burlyai, which has sparked sharp discussions among the public. Data on Burlyai's luxury property and income have drawn attention due to contradictions in his declaration and past criminal allegations.
