New services for veterans and their families have appeared on 'Diia'.

New services have become available on the 'Diia' portal for obtaining the status of persons with disabilities due to war or for the family members of fallen defenders. According to Mykhailo Fedorov, the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, this can be done in just a few minutes, without additional documents or queues.
Services are available to the following categories of individuals:
- veterans with a disability certificate from the MSEC or expert assessment team;
- husbands, wives, parents, and children of fallen defenders with documents confirming participation in combat, death, and family ties.
The minister also noted that applications can be submitted offline at the nearest Administrative Services Center.
Let us remind you that the process of entering data about soldiers' participation in combat will now take place within five days by applying to the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USRWV). Special authorized persons will be appointed in military units and organizations performing combat missions, who are obliged to enter the data about servicemen within five days from the start of the combat order.
A separate procedure is provided for entering data into the USRWV regarding servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who serve in structural divisions of the Ministry of Defense. This procedure applies to military personnel who have been dispatched to combat zones for special missions.
In addition, a new service is also available on the 'Diia' portal, which allows submitting applications to the National Commission for Regulation of Communications in case of issues with communication and mobile internet. Electronic referrals to doctors, prescriptions for medications, and other medical notifications will also be sent.
