In Chernihiv, near the Holy Spirit Cathedral, clashes occurred between believers of the UOC-MP and the POCU. Five people were injured and sought medical assistance. This information was spread by 'Glavkom' through 'Ukrinform'. A portion of dissatisfied individuals blocked the city's main street - Hoholia Street.

The police present at the scene ensure safety and law enforcement. Law enforcement officers are conducting explanatory work with the believers to prevent violations and resolve conflicts in accordance with the law.

The press service of the Chernivtsi-Bukovinian Eparchy of the POCU reported that the first prayer in Ukrainian took place at the Holy Spirit Cathedral. After the church joined the POCU, the priests decided to conduct a solemn prayer in the national language. However, UOC-MP parishioners are trying to obstruct the service in Ukrainian, actively participating in the clashes.
