Special Envoy Kellogg Urges Russia to Cease Attacks
The special envoy of the American president in Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, has called on Moscow to stop the massive attacks on Kyiv. He emphasized that the indiscriminate killing of women and children constitutes a serious violation of international peaceful protocols and described Russia's actions as 'shameful'.

Addressing the Russians, Keith Kellogg urged to cease killings and fire immediately. Russian attacks on the night of May 25 targeted various cities in Ukraine, including Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Ternopil, and Khmelnytskyi. The most significant strike hit Konotop, which has suffered the most damage since World War II.
As a result of the missile attacks, civilian infrastructure has been damaged, and there are casualties and injuries among the civilian population.
Keith Kellogg's address highlights the seriousness of the situation in Ukraine and the necessity for an immediate response from the international community to Russia's actions.
