Today, October 9, in Ukraine, as well as in over 150 countries around the world, World Post Day is celebrated. Two postal giants and at the same Time two main competitors in Ukraine - "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta" exchanged warm greetings on social networks.
"Nova Poshta" was the first to congratulate. Overnight, they posted on their page X photo against the background of the main office of "Ukrposhta" on Khreshchatyk.
"Ukrposhta", postage stamps are your element, but today, on Postal Day, we have created a unique specimen especially for you. P.S.: we can send it as a souvenir, write to the necessary branch of Nova Poshta", the post says.
In the comments under the post, the general director of "Ukrposhta" - Igor Smilyansky replied.
However, some users did not miss the opportunity to joke.
"Ukrposhta" did not postpone its response to its main competitor. The company invited to exchange gifts.
"Happy World Post Day, "Nova Poshta". We made a real stamp for you. Come to Khreshchatyk, 22 - we will exchange gifts", the post says.
Under the post of "Ukrposhta", Ukrainians could not contain their emotions, wrote how "nice" these greetings are and joked about their duet.
One user even made a meme that in such a situation, other delivery services do not receive as much attention.
By the way, companies exchange such greetings almost every year. This is how they greeted each other two years ago.
It is worth noting that "Ukrposhta" will launch a new mobile application with improved functionality in November.
As reported, companies in the transport and postal sector received UAH 219.82 billion in revenue. Among the leaders are "Ukrzaliznytsia" and "Nova Poshta".
