Scandalous company received first funds for the construction of a military cemetery near Kiev.


Allocated 122.1 million UAH for the construction of a military cemetery
The state institution «National Military Memorial Cemetery» transferred 122.1 million UAH to the consortium «Building Ua», which is constructing the main military cemetery. This was reported by the public funds usage web portal, referring to «Glavkom».
The funds transfer process took place on September 25. This is an advance payment (30% of the total project cost) that the contractor should use to purchase construction materials.
On September 12, the customer announced the beginning of the military cemetery construction.
The state station «National Military Memorial Cemetery» signed a contract with the consortium «Building Ua» for the construction of the National Military Memorial Cemetery in Gatny, Kiev region. The project cost is 1.75 billion UAH, which is 41.96 million UAH less than expected.
The construction is divided into two phases, which are to be completed by the end of 2024-2025.
The first burials are planned for this fall.
This year, 407 million UAH have been allocated for the construction, and 1.35 billion UAH will be allocated next year.
Only the consortium «Building Ua» applied for the tender and was the winner.
The consortium «Building Ua» was created after the tender announcement. It includes three enterprises, with Alexander Isayev and Natalia Poberezhnik being the ultimate beneficiaries.
The founders of one of the enterprises in the consortium are Alexei Mikheev and the joint-stock company «Closed Non-diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund «Technologies». The investment fund transferred ownership to German Evgeny Steinberg.
Earlier, Security Service employees confirmed the connection of the sanctioned businessman Vadim Yermolaev with the military cemetery builders.
