Prize-winner of the Ukrainian Judo Championship. Let's remember Daniel Klass.


Every day at 9 a.m., Ukrainians honor the memory of all whose lives were taken by the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today we remember Daniel Klass.
The war claimed the life of 23-year-old Ukrainian judoka Daniel Klass. This was reported by the sports club Judo Dnipro.
23-year-old Daniel was a pupil of the sports club «Judo Dnipro».
Daniel practiced judo under the guidance of the coaching group of Grigory Korol and Georgiy Gavrysh.
He was a candidate for master of sports, bronze medalist of the Ukrainian Championship U17 in 2017, and bronze medalist of the Ukrainian Championship among cadets U18 in 2018.
Klass stood in defense of Ukraine from the beginning of the full-scale war.
The military man died in Donetsk region during a combat mission. He will forever be 23 years old…

We remember those killed by the hands of Russian invaders, light candles of memory, and bow our heads in sorrow during the nationwide moment of silence, honoring the bright memory of the citizens of Ukraine who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of the state: all soldiers, civilians, and children, all who died in the fight against Russian occupiers and as a result of attacks by enemy forces on Ukrainian cities and villages.
