The political scientist explained the reason for the delay in Ukraine's permission to strike Russia with long-range weapons.

Ukraine will receive permission from its allies to strike with long-range weapons at military targets on Russian territory, but this permission will be granted non-publicly. This was stated by the political scientist Ihor Reiterovych on the air of FREEДОМ television channel.
He is confident that Ukraine will receive such permission, but not publicly. Biden will not come out and say, "I give permission to hit Russia." However, Ukraine will use its weapons as it sees fit, the political scientist noted.
Reiterovych believes that this topic was discussed with Ukraine's partners during President Zelensky's visits to London, Paris, Rome, and Berlin.
He added that Ukraine's victory plan is of great importance for international security and is not limited to Ukraine alone.
