PFU warned Ukrainians: who needs to replace their pension certificate.


The press service of the PFU explained how to replace the pension certificate online without visiting a branch of the Fund. The replacement can be done through the official portal of electronic services of the PFU. The pension certificate is an important document that allows obtaining various benefits and social privileges.

To obtain a new pension certificate, you need to follow these steps:
- Log into your personal account on the PFU web portal.
- Select the 'About Pension Provision' section in the left menu, then 'Application for Issuance of Pension Certificate' and 'Application for Issuance of Paper Pension Certificate'.
- Familiarize yourself with the terms of registration and click 'Continue'.
- Select the main department of the PFU in your region and fill in all required fields.
The step-by-step instruction for issuing a new pension certificate looks like this:
- Authorize in your personal account on the PFU web portal.
- In the left menu, select the 'About Pension Provision' section, then 'Application for Issuance of Pension Certificate', and then 'Application for Issuance of Paper Pension Certificate'.
- Familiarize yourself with the registration terms and click 'Continue'.
- Select the appropriate main department of the PFU in your region and fill in all necessary fields.
The size of the new certificate should be 2.5x3.0 cm.
Provide consent for the processing of personal data and click 'Generate Application'.
Check the correctness of the entered data, sign the application, and send it to the PFU.
Then upload scanned copies of documents: passport, taxpayer registration number, and a photo sized 2.5x3.0 cm.
After processing the application, you will receive a new pension certificate.
