OpenAI and Microsoft Review Terms of Multi-Billion Dollar Partnership.

Negotiations Between OpenAI and Microsoft
The company OpenAI and Microsoft are negotiating a possible partnership aimed at conducting an IPO for the ChatGPT project. According to the agreement, Microsoft will have access to advanced artificial intelligence technologies in the future.
One of the key issues is the number of shares that Microsoft will receive for the 13 billion dollars that have already been invested in OpenAI. The agreement may involve giving up a certain number of shares in favor of access to the company's new technologies.
Moreover, the parties will review the terms of the previous agreement made in 2019 when Microsoft first invested 1 billion dollars in OpenAI. Additionally, last week OpenAI announced its intention to review the terms of cooperation with its largest sponsor.
