Occupants advanced near Selydove: military man spoke about the threat to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.


Russian occupation forces continue to advance near the city of Selydove in the Donetsk region. The invaders are trying to encircle Ukrainian soldiers. This was stated by the press officer of the 15th brigade of the National Guard's operational purpose "Kara-Dag" Vitalii Milovidov on the air "Kyiv24".
Milovidov emphasized that Selydove is located on advantageous heights and is of great importance for the defense of the city of Pokrovsk. The occupants are trying to capture this settlement.
"Currently, we are observing the advancement of the occupants to the south and north of Selydove, with the aim of creating conditions for encircling our units and creating inconvenient conditions for them"
According to Milovidov, in some sections of the front, the enemy is securing more strongly, using FPV drones, artillery ammunition, and drops.
"The shelling of our positions is increasing, but we endure and repel everything that moves in our direction"
Recall that the occupiers stopped seven kilometers from Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region.
Earlier, the Russian army occupied the village of Nevske and advanced in several settlements of Donetsk region.
"The Russian Federation sent a whole military corps and additional tank forces to Selydove in the Donetsk region. The occupants moved their forces to the south of Pokrovsk. Battles also occur in Toretsk, New York, and Chasiv Yar"
Oleksandr Ryasnyi, a serviceman of the 15th brigade of the National Guard "Kara-Dag", which is defending in Selydove, reported that the Russian army is surrounding the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the entire front, cutting their logistical lines with fire support.
