Not from the TCC: Ukrainians will start receiving SMS summons.

Ukrainians will receive SMS summons, but these will not be messages from the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC).
According to the letter from the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine (SJAU) dated April 16, 2025, No. 10-7769/25, this was reported by 'Khvylya'.
The State Judicial Administration of Ukraine changed its decision and now requires 'Information Judicial Systems' to restore the ability to send summons and SMS notifications regarding administrative cases.
Initially, on April 14, 2025, SJAU demanded to disable this ability, as the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses does not provide for the use of messengers or SMS for sending summons.
But on April 16, the administration issued a new letter with the reverse directive. SJAU reminded that according to Article 272 of the CAO, summons must be delivered to the persons being held liable at least three days before the court hearing, and all participants in the process must be informed about the Time and place of the consideration of the case.
SJAU also reported that it is working on making changes to the legislation to officially regulate electronic means of informing, including SMS notifications.
We remind that earlier a lawyer explained when TCC violates the rights of Ukrainians.
