An abnormally high number of skirmishes in the Novopavlivka direction - OSUV 'Khortytsia'.

Conflict situation in eastern Ukraine
The Russian army is trying to break through to the border with Dnipropetrovsk region, but the Ukrainian military is putting up a worthy resistance. According to the spokesperson of the operational-strategic grouping of troops 'Khortytsia', Viktor Trehubov, the attempts to break through are futile.
'They wanted to demonstrate this back on May 9, to somehow align with the holiday, but they failed then, and they have not succeeded since.'
Trehubov emphasized that the enemy is showing activity along the entire front line, but the Ukrainian military successfully holds them back. Although from a military point of view, such actions are ineffective, they may have political resonance.
'From a military perspective, there is no special sense here, from a political one - perhaps there is.'
In the Novopavlivka direction, the situation remains tense, but the Ukrainian military does not back down and resists the occupiers, preventing them from achieving their goals.
Since the beginning of military actions in eastern Ukraine, the Russian army continues to attempt to break through to the border, but the Ukrainian military is engaged in active resistance. Despite the enemy's activity, they successfully hold them back along the entire front line. Breakthrough attempts may lack military feasibility, but can be part of a political plan. Currently, the tense situation in a certain direction persists, but the Ukrainian forces are ready to defend.
