Fire in Khiriv: how a cat saved sleeping residents
On the night of May 9, a fire broke out in a private residential house in the city of Khiriv, Sambir district. When the flames engulfed the roof of the house, all residents were still asleep. However, thanks to the nimble cat, a tragedy was averted. Sensing danger, he began to meow and run around the room until he woke his owners. Upon smelling the smoke, the family managed to escape and call the rescuers.
While everyone in the house was sleeping, flames were already raging on the roof. But the tragedy was avoided - thanks to the house cat. It was he who, sensing danger, began to meow and run around the room until he woke his owners. Noticing the acrid smell of smoke, the family immediately fled the house and called the rescuers
Firefighters arrived at the scene and managed to extinguish the flames in half an hour. As a result of this fire, no residents were injured. This is another reminder of the importance of attentiveness and care in any life situations.
