According to the 'Glavkom' portal, Ukrainian actor Yuriy Felipenko died at the front. This tragic event was reported by his wife, presenter Kateryna Motrych, in her Instagram stories on June 15. So far, there are no details about the circumstances of the actor's death, but it has been noted that a farewell date for Yuriy Felipenko will be announced later. Yuriy Felipenko joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine last year, having completed training and becoming a member of the 'Achilles' battalion. Later, he joined the crew of the 92nd separate assault battalion. In 2016, Yuriy Felipenko graduated from the Kyiv National University of Theatre, Film and Television named after Karpenko-Kary. He worked at the Kyiv Academic Drama Theater on Podil and played the lead role in the film 'Color of Passion'. Earlier, another talented Ukrainian artist, choreographer Viktor Voynikov, died at the front, who became a victim during his service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2023. The loss of both artists, Yuriy Felipenko and Viktor Voynikov, who gave their lives for their country, is profoundly felt by the Ukrainian society.
