Head of Zhytomyr OVA assessed the success of mobilization in the region.

Mobilization in Zhytomyr: September - not the best, but things will improve from October
The mobilization statistics in Zhytomyr in September showed some deterioration, but the situation should return to the proper level starting October. This was stated by the head of Zhytomyr OVA Vitaliy Bunechko in an interview with the «Glavkom».
Bunechko noted that after he announced that plans were being fulfilled, there were significantly fewer privileges. He hopes that the military leadership will make the necessary decisions in the coming days.
Bunechko's previous statement confirms that in Zhytomyr there are efforts to avoid clashes and not give the Russian IPSO the opportunity to portray Zhytomyr residents as «chasing people around the city, catching them in shopping centers…».
The head of the OVA assured that everything is happening civilly within the framework of the law, and the work of the CCC is monitored by the State Bureau of Investigations. He expressed hope that after the deterioration of statistics in September, the mobilization will return to the proper level.
According to the data, on Wednesday and Thursday, October 12 and 13, CCC and SP employees together with the police conducted raids to check the military registration documents of men. Raid brigades were noticed near the "Metro" and "Global" shopping centers and also in a pub on Kyiv Street.
It is worth noting that fortification works in Zhytomyr have been fully completed, and the region is ready for any challenges from Belarus.
