Unified Roaming Zone with the EU. The Cabinet has made a decision.

The government of Ukraine approved a decision that will become part of the roaming 'visa-free' regime with the European Union. This new agreement will facilitate the unification of Ukrainians abroad with their homeland. According to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Ukraine's access to the EU single market will be part of the security strategy for the coming years.
The path taken from the application for EU membership to the start of pre-accession negotiations was very quick. The government stated that it will continue to act with the same determination and activity. The legislation regulating roaming issues will allow Ukraine to practically integrate into the EU's Single Digital Market and join the single roaming zone 'Roaming as Home'.
The agreement with mobile operators allowing Ukrainians abroad to stay connected has been extended for 12 months.
