Russia is building a new landing ship in occupied Crimea: details from the Navy.

The Navy reported that Russia has started construction of a new landing ship in occupied Crimea.
The spokesman for the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Dmytro Pletenchuk, noted that the construction of the largest universal landing ship 'Ivan Rogov' in occupied Crimea is not yet complete. He added that it is unknown whether this ship will be commissioned.
'This is just a shell, not a combat unit yet,' Pletenchuk emphasized.
The Russian side is trying to implement several military projects on the territory of occupied Crimea.
According to Pletenchuk, the Russians may want to compensate for the loss of the 'Mistrals' - military ships that they never received from France.
However, there are doubts that they will be able to complete the construction of the 'Ivan Rogov' ship, as the timelines for this project might be significantly delayed.
Analysis and Context:
Russia continues to implement military projects in the illegally annexed territory of occupied Crimea, beginning the construction of a new landing ship. These actions may cause outrage and condemnation from the international community. It is worth monitoring the further development of the situation regarding Russian military projects in occupied Crimea.
